Semester End Reflection
I really enjoyed this class, this semester really flew by for me. I liked all the field trips we went to, the fencing, hot yoga, taekwondo etc... I think I was mostly interested in hot yoga though. I heard about it a lot and some of my friends do it, so I was excited to try it out. If any of my friends invite me to go and do hot yoga and would probably say yes this time. Back in grade 8,9, and half of 10 I never really did try my best all the time and I never really had a personal fitness goal. That definitely changed over the past year. I try to do the best I can so I can get the most out of it, because I know that don't always work out later that day. I liked how there were people in the class (Jessica and Jasmeet) who where around the same fitness level as me so we could all workout together, Jessica could be a little too extreme for me though. I like those long walks we went on, even if it was freezing cold outside. Its just nice to go and breath in some fresh air. Even though P.E is coming to an end I still want to have a active lifestyle and be healthy. I will try my best to stay fit, because it makes me feel good about myself. I think that I should get a 93% in this class, I try to aim for my best, I enjoyed all of the field trips we went on, and I don't forget my gym strip. I want to try and keep active for the rest of my life.

Mid-Term Review
This class, I would say, was defiantly not like any of my other previous p.e classes. Different as in, I feel that I am more involved with the class and that I enjoy it more. The first time our class did yoga outside and for the last 10 minutes of the session we just laid on our mats outside and relaxed, I really liked that and it made me feel so awesome inside, and for the rest of the day I felt relaxed and good. I really like our field trips, they are always different, and so far all the field trips we did are ones that I have never done in class before. I personally like the feeling of sore muscles after a workout or the day after because then I know that I did try my best and I did worked hard. I feel like I have participated well in this class and never come unprepared. I think that I deserve a 90% in this class so an A. I don't slack off and I enjoy fitness. Maybe in the beginning I don't usually feel like working out but at the end I'm always glad I did.
Fencing
I actually never thought I would ever experience fencing before, but I did. I thought it was very different from all the other sports I would usually do. I'm surprised that people get less injury's in fencing rather than other sports like soccer, volleyball, basketball etc... It went pretty fast and we didn't get that much time to fence each other but I still liked it. It was fun fencing each other, you get to actually experience on how would would be to be a fencer, and it was really fun fencing my other friends. I thought this was pretty fun and I would try it again if my friends wanted too.

Panorama School of Dance
The first field trip we had was to Panorama School of Dance. I enjoyed it and wouldn't mind if we went again. I liked the beginning portion of the lesson when we just worked out, when she was teaching us the choreography there where some confusing parts and some parts that were alright. Its just that I didn't do
them correctly. I definitely didn't understand how to do the pirouettes, but the front and side kicks were
better. What motivated me to participate was seeing everyone else actually trying to follow the instructor and participating. I would say that I have seen a little improvements nothing big, but they are definitely there. My thighs are usually sore from the workouts we do on fitness days, but its a 'good' type on soreness.
My goals for this semester is to work hard so I could slowly but gradually see improvements in my overall health and body. I'm not unhealthy or anything but I know that I could be better, so i'm hoping this class will help me in achieving my goal.
